A free mod for Blade & Sorcery, by YNY10.
This is the official PCVR version of the popular game, Spawnable Unspawnables. It's a smaller version of the original mod, which is intended for the Unofficial 11 beta. The main difference is that this version contains a lot of new items, and a lot of them are not spawnable. Some of them are even dangerous. In fact, it's not recommended to use them. So, it's better to have a look at the rules of the game.
As you can see, you can't use the new items. The only way to get them is to use the items from the original mod.
